I called them at approx 730 in the morning and they booked me in for 3pm for a emergency window repair at home. Rep on the phone was lovely. I go about my day then receive a call from the scheduler at 1230 saying they weren't doing jobs today due to flooding. Yes some roads were flooded in the morning but after explaining there was clear access to my house from the highway, no water over any roads anymore etc she said she would talk to the boss and let me know. I called back at 130pm, spoke to someone different saying that they had sent all trades home for the day and won't be completing any jobs. I explained again about the roads and she said it wasn't going to happen, and they would try and get there tomorrow. Then she got catty with me when I said that wasn't good enough and to cancel the job. Called another local glass company who were out within the hour who were soooo much cheaper. Should change their name to emergency glass repairer (except if its raining) EDIT TO RESPONSE. there is not point lying to save face, no board up was ever offered, it was a simply, no we have told them to go home due to the flooding which I had to follow up with a phone call. It also was not raining all afternoon. You were unprofessional and still are unprofessional by saying a competitor was taking a risk. Just accept that you're sub par and move on. Do better for the next customer

The customer service that I have just received from Di regarding a emergency job that was put through yesterday was absolutely appalling. After receiving spending an extremely stressful day trying to find a trades person available on the sunshine coast to do emergency repairs I finally had some luck with your company. The fact that the person that I spoke to on the after hours call service did not provide the correct information at the time is not your customers fault. I appreciate that you tried to track us down but arguing/insulting customers why it took all day for me to contact you instead of assisting and giving clear instructions is how you should be dealing with your customers. Regardless of when i contacted you, your staff should be able to provide the right instructions or at the very least ask all the information required to get the job done.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and warm. The prices were extremely unreasonable in my opinion. I was quoted $795 dollars to replace one average window in my house. That was the pricing for a weekend surcharge. $595 for the weekday. I called another service and had it replaced for half their weekday charge on a Saturday.
