        Terrible. Banked with them 20 years. Seriously reconsidering. Went to deposit some change that I had sorted and was sent away with bags to resort it again.

        Poor customer service. Staff seem judgmental. Staff member Christine Lectured me about a direct debit I wanted to cancel. About 4 times whilst talking to her I even told her I felt like I was being lectured and her attitude didnt improve at all
