Very disappointing, from the start. 1st .wrong installation brackets twice,delaying install. 2nd, bills are now more expensive since installation. 3rd ,ian won't respond to phone calls or messages. 4th,it's now been over 1 year of excessive bills and still can't even get him to look into the problem. Very disappointing. Don't believe a word they tell you. $6500 wasted..

UV Power provided excellent service. An initial meeting was had to discuss my needs. Options were placed in front of me to meet my needs. Additional they offered advice on another component to assist with hot water and it has been great. I had never heard of this device before. There was no over selling. The installation went without a hitch and the system has been operating perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

When Ian visited us he provided very good information regarding the solar and battery options. He never pushed us to buy his product but it was more of education. Because of our experience and great attitude we decided to have our solar and battery from UV Power. Thank you Ian and keep up your good work.
