Her approach in dealing with sensitive matters is professional and respectful, providing genuine warmth, kindness and compassion in her sessions which make you feel at ease and understood. Jayani has been a very supportive, non- judgemental counsellor. She explains concepts in an easy to understand manner and I wonder why I hadn't looked at things differently before speaking with her. I wish I had found her years ago. Everyone can benefit from Jayani's kind of professional support.

Jayani really is amazing. She is an excellent listener, is patient, down to earth and so warm and friendly. I really felt like I could say things to her that I had not been able to admit to myself. She has a beautiful perspective on life and I can not recommend anyone better if you are struggling and need to get things off your chest to some who genuinely cares.

I have been having appointments with Jayani Jayatilake. I cannot thank her enough. She has been providing me with exceptional care and support. I am going through hard times but I am so happy that I have got a social worker who actually cares about me. This is helping me having hopes as I now know someone cares about me. If you need counselling I highly recommend Jayani as she has helped me so much in a short amount of time.
