Pivot Osteopathy

I highly rate Pivot Osteopathy. I had suffered from lower back pain for years. I had seen physios and specialists for treatment without long term success. After a few months of treatment from Pivot I'm pain free for the first time in years. I can't recommend them enough!

Ive seen both Sarah and Allison and they are amazing. They have helped me with my pain more than a physiotherapist was ever able to and I highly recommend seeing the lovely ladies at Pivot.

My physio suggested I add Sarah from Pivot to my treating health professionals team and my goodness, I understand why! The Pivot team are so knowledgeable! Ive had some really unusual (and, at times, acute) symptoms and Sarah has been able to help me understand my own body much more. I am also planning on seeing Liz for some cranial osteo when our schedules match up. Love going!

Very highly recommended!! I started seeing Sarah from Pivot Osteopathy on the recommendation of my pregnancy physio and also a friend who is one of her clients when I was about 25 weeks pregnant. From the very first appointment I had absolute confidence that she knew what she was doing. She didn't take very long to understand how my body was working (or lack thereof) and at the end of the first session I already started to feel less discomfort. She gave me some really easy stretches and exercises to do throughout the week before returning to her for another assessment. Within that week my pain (hips, feet, back) had completely gone away. Sarah absolutely gets the individual nature of pregnancy pains and discomforts. She takes the time to understand your issues and just seems to know intuitively the root cause of pain. She is caring and just generally a lovely, and very highly-skilled specialist. I plan to see her post pregnancy as well as I am confident that she will help me get back into fitness and life in general once my baby is born.
