        Terrible service. They were to deliver my car door parts to Brisbane /Gold Coast area. I rang them 4 days later to see if they had returned. But guess what. They hadn't even delivered them. When I asked why they said we don't deliver to that area ? We are waiting on another courier. So why take the delivery in the 1st place.,,?? This was an urgent order and the receptionist was not at all concerned. Didnt care about my situation.. unreal.. never again !!

        We used to use Brown's for everything from Rocky to Emerald, but now they seem to have grown and have become as bad as the rest of the couriers in this town. Bring back the old Brown's in Emerald please. Service sucks at the moment!!!
