These guys! Took my pain and situation so seriously, offered a full explanation of what was happening in laymans terms and provided the light at the end of the tunnel I needed. I can not recommend John, Ben and the team here more highly. What a team!

Admin was friendly, accomodating, and professional, as was Dr Nathan whose treatment massively improved my mobility and removed my pain. Im very grateful to the Osteoworks team and have already booked another check in appointment. I would absolutely recommend this clinic.

My experience was that this practice is not wholistic or client focused. Instead theres an expectation that you will attend multiple short appointments over an extended period with each body area dealt with separately (and not necessarily sequentially). I was contacted prior to my initial appointment and the practices care approach was explained to me. I had been happy to wait for my appointment believing I had found a wholistic practice but there seems a discrepancy between what is described on their website and what they offer. A disappointing waste of time. Potentially high cost to client in fees paid and time needed for repeat visits required by their service model. Update: In response to Manager's comment. Unfortunately, my experience is as described in my review. When I was contacted by your staff member and the practice's service model was explained to me, it was agreed with your staff member that I should cancel my initial appointment. You should have my pre-appointment intake form in your records.
