        Shout out to Zane..Manager Cannonvale who was so kind and helpful dealing with me and a dispute I had ongoing with Telstra. He was the first person who actually offered to act on my behalf!! Thanks Zane. ANZ are fortunate to have staff such as you in Leadership roles.

        Very disappointed with this branch (ANZ Whitsunday Plaza). Ive been banking with ANZ since I moved to Australia in 2016. My card got lost / stolen the other day and its been more than 2 weeks and I havent received my card yet. Called ANZ only to know that card got delivered 6 January at 230pm. Every time I make an over the counter withdrawal the gal who assists me keeps on saying that if I havent got a call or message that my card has not arrived in their branch yet without even checking. Very inconvenient since I live in Proserpine and ANZ Branch here in Prosy shut down.

        I have had nothing but excellent experiences with the poeple that work here. It's a small and under staffed branch. But run well, with great staff. Negative reviews are probably because they didn't get free money or the impossible
