Just had our carpet installed, and it's looks great! Everything worked like clockwork; from the service in the store, the measure and quote to the actual installation. They were all done with professionalism and on time. Thanks to Gavin and his expert team.

We decided to buy from Carpet Court Jindalee because of the positive Google reviews. We couldnt be happier with the result. Phil was excellent at recommending the right product, spot on for estimating the amount of vinyl planks needed and demonstrated patience waiting on body corporate approval. Jake, the installer did an absolutely amazing job replacing carpet with vinyl planks (and underlay) that completely transformed our place. His attention to detail and craftsmanship is evident in the finished product. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic service from diccon and the team. Very knowledgeable on carpets and made the whole process of choosing my carpet very easy.

Total disappointment, unprofessional and poor customer service. Sad to give negative review. Had a terrible experience with Jindalee store not sure about the other stores though. Booked 4 days ahead to show the property where current sellers resides and waited for 45min for the guy from carpet court and nobody came. They called after 50min and asked for re-booking because they were busy with big business deals and when I said I am not interested re-book they just hung up the phone without further discussion. Seems they are not for the customers who are trying to update private home.

Excellent for carpet but would not recommend for floating floors. We engaged Carpet Court to supply and install the carpet and flooring in our brand new build home. First the good: The carpet we chose is high quality and we are off the opinion that it has been value for money, The trades who came out to install did a very neat job, especially with the stairs (pictured) which were fiddly. The trades were also respectful of our space and very polite, and cleaned up after themselves. The bad: Bearing in mind this is a new build, during the building process we confirmed between us, the builder and Carpet Court whether or not the builder shoulder leave the skirting boards off (and finish after the build was done) or put the skirting on and leave a gap for the floors to fit under. We confirmed how much of a gap was required. We also asked to have flat trim around the edges in lieu of the quad mould scotia, which neither husband or I like. We did not want to have the decorative skirting boards covered with scotia. This was all agreed to and was put in the sales order as "trims". On the day of installation, we received a call at 6.30 or 7 in the morning from the installer asking if we wanted the scotia or for them to remove the skirting boards and put them back on when finished. We said neither, we had agreed and paid for the flat trim. The installer said they would not do that. The sales agent called us to talk about the situation, and we expressed our concern with the last minute issue and said we were uncomfortable with both options provided. We knew that the builder used real pine skirting boards and had also glued then on. The sales agent advised they would guarantee that the skirtings would go back on easily and that they do this all the time. The actual underlay and boards went down fine. The concrete slab was brand new so there wasn't much (if any) prep needed for the floor to be flat and the boards are click lock. It's expected that they would be layed down without issue. What happened with the skirting boards and trims though was terrible! As shown in pictures, the skirting boards did not go back on neatly at all. There are gaps where corners and walls used to join, and cracks on most boards, especially in the corners where bits were chipped off. There are nail holes left where the boards were pulled off the wall, and actual nails left sticking out that have just been bent flat. There are boards that were not realigned with the original position and were put back at an angle. As pictured, the quality of workmanship on the trims also wasn't good. The trims around the kitchen were not cut to the right length. As we can clearly see in the photos, one example shows the trim being too short to even meet the edge of the cabinet, another was too short to cover the saw cut and few of the trims were "finished" on the ends so they're just cut off bluntly. Where they were finished at the corners, the joins were not set flush together. The installers also applied silicone only in some spots, eg one small spot at the front of the dishwasher space but if they were going to silicone the whole area, they did not. Elsewhere, trims around and under doors were not measured /cut properly, so under the front entry door the trim has bent up, Under internal doors the cuts around the architrave were inaccurate and left gaps. As the moving truck was coming literally the next day, we did not have time to have this rectified before moving in. Carpet Court have agreed to make good to fix the skirting boards but not the trims. At the end of the day, we have to look at it, so this review reflects that.
