When we purchase our new home 2 years ago there was a shed in kit form that had sat there for 14 years. Once we found out where the shed kit was from, we called up these guys and organised with Keiran to build it for us. We were all quite impressed that 99% of the steel was still in very good condition even though it had sat on the ground for so long. Keiran and team did an amazing job. Thank you. shed turned out to be not vermin proof, concrete quoted price increased by three thousand dollars because the concretor said he had to add extra footings despite the plans being already approved by certifier despite having paid up fully the completed shed is still unapproved by certifier overall I am very disappointed with the extra concrete charges which I feel like I have been scammed and disappointed with the building not being approved despite having paid more than forty thousand dollars for the shed this has been a very stressful experience

Kieran the builder and his helper from Totalspan Sheds Jimboomba are completely incompetent, never turn up. The shed took 32 days to complete. Gutters and trim badly installed, holes drilled in slab in the wrong place, wall sheets cut too short etc. The roller door installation is completely botched and the door works terrible. Kieran and his boss Mark from Totalspan Nerang are unscrupulous and blatantly deny that there are problems and refuse to fix them causing us lots of stress. Had to lodge a complaint with the QBCC. Waiting for an outcome. UPDATE The response from Totalspan to my complaints are all lies!!! Dont believe a word the owner says. He is just trying to make it look good for themselves. Nobody had Covid that caused any delays as he said. They were just slack or had work elsewhere. They turned up any time of the day, They worked 4 hours one day, 3 hours the next or didnt turn up at all for a few days and so on. Sometimes they did more talking than working especially when installing the roller door. Nobody has been at my property to make any adjustments to the door as he claimed! The roller door is exactly as they left it. The QBCC told me not to touch the door until their inspector comes. The installation of the door is a total stuff up and has nothing to do with the spring. Ive sent photos to the roller door company and they said it should be fixed. When pointing out all the faults to the building certifier he agreed that it was bad workmanship but he couldnt do anything about it because he only certifies the frame. As far as the warranty is concerned they can stick it where it belongs as they dont honour it anyway, thats why I lodged a complaint with the QBCC which is in progress at the moment.
