Dealt with Ben for quotation and was extremely responsive. Arranged a quote and booked in for the work within 24 hours of being on site. I then had Tim and Jack arrive today, on time, smashed out the work, super friendly and assisted with options when the original plan wasn't going to work. You're not going to believe this, but Ben is a tradie that actually returns your calls and texts! My hot water system stopped working yet, even in the midst of terrible weather and localised flooding, Ben immediately responded to my calls for assistance. He promptly visited our home, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed that same day. Best of all, Ben stayed in touch throughout and obtained my approval before commencing the work and, once finished, emailed me a fair and reasonable invoice for his services. In summary, I'm excited to finally find a communicative, efficient and honest sparkie in my local area. And, if any competitors are reading this and also received calls or texts from me in the last week, forget about it, job's done and I've found my new go-to guy!
