        Mary was very rude, kept sighing every time I would retrieve information to help fill out my tax form, I had to ask her what items I could claim instead of her informing me. I had to check and ask questions, if I had not done so I would have lost a couple of hundred dollars. She was impatient and very unfriendly. I paid quite a lot of money for 20 minutes of her time, leaving unsatisfied and insulted.

        Had a pleasant experience. Reception Mary was super lovely and helpful. Erica who did my tax made everything clear and was very quick. Although I had to pay some tax to the ATO she managed to help me fix quite a few things! Will be coming back next year!
