Dr Copp is an excellent surgeon and has an awesome manner. Dr Copp is kind caring and an outstanding person. Dr Copp always goes the extra mile to care & understand his patients. He treats everyone with respect and loves his job in caring for his patients

Id just like to say a big thank you to nurse Wendy , dr John Copp and the team at Ipswich for changing my life for the better , 4 months post gastric sleeve surgery I am 39kgs lighter And feel like Ive had a second chance at life , I couldnt put into words how much I appreciate the assistance youse have given me and still tend to give being post surgery , this was by far the most challenging decision I have ever made and to have the support and commitment of your team along side made me feel so much more comfortable. Once again I thankyou and appreciate everything youse have done

Hello my Dear friend John , Thank you so much for helping me to get started on this Journey . Its been a year now and I have gone from 160 Kilos to 116 Kilos so far. Im sure I will reach my goal Weight of 100 Kilos before Christmas this year. I have enclosed pictures of me Before and After so you can see the Difference. Had a surgery scheduled last week but after 4 hours of waiting in hospital from time i was scheduled to arrive there was still no updates provided by anyone of what was happening or when I could expect my surgery I advised them of issue and left. (I had also been told previously by Dr and reception the whole time expected to be in hospital would be 2 to 3 hours) there was also an elderly gentleman in hospital before me waiting also and he was in near tears from how we were treated. As I was leaving I was told by hospital staff that the Dr was notorious for not keeping surgery appointments. Then yesterday I received a message for a rebooking with same Dr. Today I called your office and explained I did not want same dr for rebooking. The receptionist was dismissive of my situation and increased her rudeness and tone on phone and she hang up on me. I understand reception will defend the actions of their Drs but she was very unproffessional.
