I started the Metabolic Balance Program with Kimberly five weeks ago. I can't believe I have achieved so much, so effortlessly - 7 kgs in 5 weeks!! About 10% weight loss in 5 weeks and feeling great for it. I could not have done it without Kimberly's help. I'm convinced this is not a one-off wonder. Kimberly is a very knowledgeable, empathetic and supportive practitioner. I am currently 4 weeks through doing the Metabolic Balance, and I have lost 6kg so far, my skin is much clearer and I have a lot more energy. I started seeing Kimberly about a year ago when I was first thinking about coming off the contraception pill and was concerned about hormonal acne. Kimberly is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and came up with a plan for me. The vitamins and supplements Kimberly put me on, combined with the dietary and lifestyle advice, made the transition off the pill run smoothly and my skin is fantastic!
