        Highly recommend! This is a spacious gym with all necessary equipment. I see Phil for weekly PT session and use the gym freely on the other days. The personal trainers will work with you on what your goals are and what you would like out of each session, they can plan it for you or you can manage what you are after. Phil also helps me with my nutrition and he is always m go-to with questions. A PT is fantastic option for anyone with health related goals as they can keep you accountable and they want to see you succeed!
