Reception at optometrist very rude to person,do not respection at all. Try to talk very badly customers about little hold at the nose glasses, she quite told your smell stink thats why is turn yellow. So rude. I think she better get back to course learn how to be human.

Honestly, I wouldnt even give 1 star with what I have experienced today with Dr Minh Luan Le. This is not the first time I have seen him but the second time today. The first time was when I was pregnant and today was for my 7-month old baby. The two occasions I have decided to see him was because the day my partner and I were both free to see a gp was the only day hes the only gp we can see. He is my partners gp (my partner is viet). Having a really bad experience the first time already, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and treated today as if maybe I was wrong previously. To my surprise, he is still as bad as the first time. Being a first time mum, I have a lot of questions and concerns about my babys cough that lasted 3 weeks. Ive explained to him that we saw my babys gp just on monday but her cough seemed to have worsen hence we were back to see another gp [Dr Minh Luan Le] today again just to confirm it is not something serious. Ive asked him normal questions such as what to do, what it is, this and that and he looked at me in the face and say I only saw your daughter for 5 minutes and youre asking me too many questions. WOW JUST WOW. Ok I backed off because maybe I was wrong but what took the toll was when I asked him another question when he probably thinks its asthma and gave prescriptions for asthma and a refererral for a chest x-ray. I asked how the inhaler works and if its ok for her to use in child care. Ladies and gentleman, this VERY considerate & caring doctor answered, she is your child, you decide what you wanna do with her in childcare. Me, speechless, ready to walk out just kept myself quiet and tried to absorb what was just told to my face by someone who is suppose to help and reassure a concerned mother. No, he basically said it is my problem to figure out. Yes, if youre wondering if its worth going to a bulk-billing gp, there are much better bulk-billing gps in Brisbane. Stir out of this one if you want geniune care for yourself and your kids!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE & EXPERIENCE!!! I will never return to this place!!
