DO NOT USE HIM...NOT PROFFESIONAL AT ALL!!... Very poor patient doctor manners. I will not trust him for any procedure. He has in my opinion NO genuine interest in me as a patient.....I went somewhere else

This guy is terrible. My son had to see him as my previous dr who has been treating his ear problems for over a year left town. We were finally starting to to see a promising breakthrough with his ears. Dr jimali saw my son for the first time and didnt really care about the medical history or tracking of the current state of the ears. He then decided that a tickle to my son would cure everything. I guess he thinks laughter is the best medicine? He told us to go to the nurse and get his ears suctioned - which if he even heard what I had to say about his past visits with the ENT, suctioning the ears wouldnt work. The nurse agreed with me when she looked in his ears. I had to beg the nurse to ask dr jimali if he could please take an actual look. He said its fine. Just needs some water to help suctioning. My son is not allowed to swim, getting his ears wet causes painful infection. But he disregarded what I had to say, and said you can try olive oil. He just wanted to keep clarifying with me that he knows what he saw in my sons ears. But watching us take 5 steps backwards in the ongoing treatment of his ears is not good enough. I dont want to take his advice, because weve done these things. It just causes further problems. What he prescribed to us also doesnt work - he just doesnt care about his patients at all.
