I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the team at Helensvale and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I began my inquiry, their team was prompt, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Not only did they quickly address my concerns and questions, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the resolution. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction really made me feel valued as a customer. Started at Helensvale with fantastic staff picked our kitchen then Kimberly came to the apartment and tweaked the design and measurements then Mark checked the whole project and the tradies took the old kitchen out and installed the new couldnt fault any of the process. I started my kitchen renovation and wardrobe process in January. I thought I'd go with Kitchen Connection because I don't want to go through the headache and frustrations in dealing with Tradies. My Kitchen and wardrobe are still in the process, and so far I am not over the moon. To be honest, I just want it over and done with. I am getting sad that my experience is nowhere near what the Showroom reps have told me about. I think they are overselling the concept that they are efficient and organised when so far it has been on the contrary. I really wanted to be happy about it so I can write a good review but I really doubt that I would. I am only hoping that once,, I mean, if and when, my wardrobe and kitchen would be completed that I will be pleased and that I can say then (and hopefully relieved), that it was worth it...the thing is I am really concerned that it will be.....so disappointing is all I can say for now but I am still hoping they can turn my experience around....

We purchased a new kitchen and laundry from Kitchen Connection Helensvale, including top of the range Electrolux induction cooktop and range hood. The range hood was faulty and fell out and smashed the cooktop. It has now been 15 months and still not resolved. It took over two months to get a response from their warranty team, another two months for them to come and look, then another four months to get the Electrolux technician out to confirm the product was faulty. Since then they have been even less responsive and ignore our emails. I would have thought that spending over $60k with them would earn a basic level of customer support, but apparently not. I'd suggest you look elsewhere if customer service is important to you.
