Amazing! Seriously bloody amazing. Being 26 this year Ive never done anything like build a house- to picking land- to choosing colours- never! We had an amazing consult with Martin the first day we met him. We got to walk through plenty of display homes where he showed us what the base model was and what type of facades we could do. Martin was thorough and actually walked through the houses with us unlike other builders. We had their help finding a great block of land. They moved us away from blocks that would be too loud with acoustics or not in a good area. They listened to us, they persevered with us when we were scared and nervous about loosing our rental. They were open and honest about costs and even set up meetings for us to talk about our options. The finishing on the house was amazing. We had a few tiny defects with the paint and by the next day Mark had it sorted. We got things that felt like extras that are not included by other builders as just the usual typical build by them. We will never be able to thank the team at JKW enough for our house. We love it and I could never imagine being happy going ahead with anyone other than Andrew and the team.

Andrew, Mark and the team at JKW were an absolutely wonderful choice for our home build. Its been such a crazy period for building and construction in 2021-2022. Despite that, we are so pleased with our house. It has been expertly constructed and we couldnt be happier! The quality of build and the responsiveness to any issues post-handover is great. We can not thank the JKW team enough for our amazing home! The build, the inclusions and the finishes on all of the work are of an extremely high standard and we can not fault this dream home! An incredible achievement by the team this past year, with all of the complications & issues the building industry has been up against! With all of the delays outside their control and all of the stressful uncertainties impacting the project timelines, we can 100% confirm that this beautiful home was worth the wait! Grateful for their hard work, but a special mention for Andrew for his honesty & reassuring communication throughout the build process, while we were living between NZ andAustralia. He constantly went over and above the call of duty with our requests, and was the voice of reason many times with some of our not-so-great ideas! A point of difference in business JKW Constructions should be very proud of! Truly blessed to have had the amazing JKW team on this massive job for us! Forever grateful for what they have all created and we can not wait to share our experience & recommendation with others!
