As a building manager of a small complex we do not always get to influence which tradies a resident owners engage to perform work in their units. This company was recently employed by an owner to perform some tiling in their unit.
We had a couple of run ins with this tradie when they started to throw they tile cement slurry over the common area gardens which are shared by all owners. Once confronted they then decided to wash their waste down the garage level flood water drains which lead directly into the flood pumps, when asked not to do that they resorted to throwing their waste from the back of the third storey balcony all over the rear garden area and across the balcony tiling of other residents.
I felt that he thoroughly disrespected me as manager and the property that we look after.
We often get asked to recommend tilers for work - not this one that's for sure.
