Since moving to Brisbane in March 2018 this doctors surgery has been amazing! Incredible compassionate helpful service by every staff member. Since falling pregnant through IVF and dealing with Anxiety, Dr Julia has been an amazing reassuring support person that I won't be able to thank enough. 5 stars is not enough to recommend the entire practice more highly!

Im very dissapointed with the lack of service i didnt recieve on friday morning. If a person walks in very upset saying she feels sick and crying and not being able to talk and takes a seat near drs rooms. You would expect to be spoken to and checked on. I had multiple drs nurses walk pass me and on reception not following through or telling a nurse i walked in very upset. Once i got the attention of a dr after maybe 25mins plus by this time i become more dissapointed and walked out yes the dr called me to stop. But she let me leave anyway. All i wanted was my blood pressure checked as i nearly passed out in the mall. I called into the chemist who immediately check me. 170 over 101 as my husband had a heart attack and bypass surgery on monday. Uss to be a fantastic place. Never again will i go there.
