Good communication, prompt delivery, and everything in good order. I purchased two Bright Green D900 downlights as a like-for-like replacement for 11 year old failing lights. For the record, they are not quite the same: - The old ones turn on and off instantly, whereas the new ones have a delay turning on and off. - The new ones are brighter on full power, and dimmer on minimum power. - The new ones are reluctant to turn on when fully dimmed - it is better to turn the lights on at full power, then dim them.

This is how you run a business 5* all the way. Myself and my partner have used Bitola a few times now and each time Peter and the team provide a service that is flawless. On my last order there was a slight mix up on the color and the resolution could not of been handled any better. I am now sitting here looking at a perfectly installed light that once again the Bitola team have delivered again. Thanks Peter and the Bitola team.
