        Opening line of your blurb about this branch is 'At BOQ, we pride ourselves on building real relationships, and understanding our customer's needs.' Yet you close the branch between Christmas day and 4 January. Seriously, Browns Plains is not hicksville anymore. We need you to be open. Closing for that length of time is not good enough anymore. Lift your game please. Edit 2022, raised from 1 star to 4 stars. This year the opening hours were much better. Thankyou for listening. The management of this branch has improved a lot over the last 12 months.

        Went to enquire about new accounts as I am unhappy with current bank. Walk straight up to the Counter staff were extremely helpful and informative different changing banks in the near future
