The four Hypnotherapy sessions with Greg were so beneficial in being able to deal with my anxiety due to some recent lifestyle changes after having eye surgery and to deal with some past traumas. The sessions with Greg allowed me to be at peace, and freedom from my everyday anxiety. I also learnt techniques to use for any future issues. I am now sleeping much better and am calmer to say the least. Hypnotherapy is amazing, and I highly recommend it to anybody that wants improvement in their well-being. Thank you Greg.

I went and saw Greg for help with my anxiety. I was having problems with intrusive thoughts which was stopping me from being able to leave the house confidently. After 1 session with Greg I no longer have that problem. We went on for help with my confidence and I have found that my sessions with him have helped me so much. I am very grateful that I was able to see him and get help because its changed my life in such a positive way

Greg is absolutley amazing. I went to see Greg for a particular issue and felt 90% better after the first session. I was worried about spending a large sum of money on something that might not work but It ended up being life changing for me. I would and have recommend Greg to all my family and friends. I'm incredibly blessed to have had Greg walk alongside me on my journey to give up alcohol but I'm more grateful for the ripple effect his hypnosis has had on my whole life. I'm a happier and lighter and my life is filled with JOY! I'm living the life I always wanted to with deeper richer connection with those I love. I know he will be there if I ever need guidance and support. Priceless! I spent a lot of time and money on Psychologist and never got results like this.

I can not recommend Greg highly enough. He has truly been and absolute lifesaver for me after experiencing extreme lows and inability to manage my mental health. He came highly recommended by a friend and I have recommended his services to multiple others who have found him to be incredible also. Genuine human who just wants to help others. 512 stars from me. Absolute wizard, you too will sit there saying "How the ___ did you do that" :)
