To Whom it may concern. Due to a water ingress into my unit located on the Gold Coast at Burleigh Heads , Structural Diagnostics was engaged to legally determine the source, working out a solution conclusively that will fix the source permanently. Both Adam and Shane are professional, not only in their work ethics but also in the way they have conducted the reports and water testing. Although we are still working through the process I am confident that this business will get the job done on time within budget. I look forward in the near future for a solution to be finalized. The SDX team have been amazing to deal with. They have supported our Committee with advice for a range of structural issues for our building (water leaks, concrete cracking etc..), and were crucial in saving our Body Corporate money on a major project with clear project scoping documentation and project managing the contractors effectively. Highly recommended to anyone requiring structural engineering advice and services.
