Dr Fardoulys reconstructed my right shoulder with keyhole surgery after massive dislocation in a skiing accident. He did an incredible job and you can hardly see an entry point. I was back in gym about 4 months later and back to full weights 100kg + within 12 months. Dr Fardoulys is an incredible surgeon. I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone.

Did two shoulder reconstructions with Dr Fardoulys in 2016. He explained everything to me and I did the surgery with amazing results! I would highly recommend.

My first visit to Dr Fardoulys was back in the late 1990s. Since then I have had 3 arthroscopic treatments, shoulder surgery, a total knee replacement, knee replacement revision surgery and advice and a review following a recent fall down stairs. I dont need a long review to describe the treatment I have received from him over more than 20 years. Outstanding service. Every. Single. Time.

Dr James Fardoulys is one of the best Dr's I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have had two shoulder stabilisation surgeries now done by Dr Fardoulys (7 years apart) and the results of both have been amazing. I have full trust in this doctor and his consult and bedside manner is outstanding. He is so down to earth, kind natured and caring, and has always made me feel so comfortable and cared for. In my experience he is always on time, and his receptionist Mary is wonderful. I honestly can't recommend this Dr more - personally and professionally.

My dad first saw Jim four years ago and had a very good result following an arthroscope on his right knee. Today he had an appointment scheduled with Jim for 1:45pm but unfortunately my dad was running late. Dad called at 2pm to see if he would still be able to come in and see Jim and the receptionist told him that the patient after him was actually early and that she would swap their appointment times so that dad wouldn't miss out. Dad arrived at 2:30pm and waited. During this time Jim saw two other patients. At 3:15pm, Jim walked out and told the receptionist that, "He had to catch a couple of people," and walked straight past my dad. Even though my dad was late, he wouldn't have wasted further time and money making the effort to get in to the city to see Jim had he been told by the receptionist that he wouldn't get an appointment. If Jim knew that my dad was waiting for an appointment, the least he could have done was apologise on his way out. Though we suspect that perhaps the receptionist was at fault and hadn't made Jim aware that my dad was waiting. In any case, the situation was poorly managed and it would have been better had he simply been told not to come in.
