I cant recommend James Olsen enough as a trustworthy and honest agent who put our needs first. My wife and I were very worried about the return we would get on our Morningside investment property. We wanted to take advantage of the market surge but were conscious of the many competing properties. We needed to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace and present our investment townhouse at the right time. James provided me with the guidance I needed in staging, essential repairs, timing of the open houses and photography. He organized everything, liaised with me at key stages of the preparation and presented me with options, and unambiguous recommendations. He worked hard to get everything sorted to ensure we were ready for the first open house. Importantly he ensured we appealed to interstate buyers who would have to get as much information using only online material. The first presentation blew us away! We got multiple offers above our reserve and we were overjoyed. James guided us through the knuckle-biting period leading to settlement, then celebrated with us to reflect on the journey. James has a professional background, and isnt just your traditional sales and marketing animal. He never pressured us, and always put our needs first. He was sophisticated and methodical in his negotiations with buyers and secured us the best outcome. I believe that if you choose James you will achieve the best outcome you could hope for in any market. It's hard to know who to trust in Real Estate but I know you can trust James Olsen.
