I had the pleasure of meeting Dan during a remote business trip he had made to Longreach. The fact that the RedEarth Energy guys had travelled so far to simply consult with clients speaks volumes about the level of service they offer. Dans product knowledge and advice on what would best suit our needs was so refreshing in an otherwise daunting market. I got a Redearth off the grid system installed a year ago to replace existing Lead Acid system Redearth system has never done what the salesman stated it would and now the battery won't hold charge. I have had there technician out to check it, $185 service fee, battery still not holding charge. I now have a home with no power whilst I wait inline for Redearth to install new systems elsewhere before they come back to fix my warranty job. Now having to rent elsewhere whilst I wait for a call back.
