Called as I was having issues with online booking, when asked about appointment times for today I was told to get back online and have a look repetitively and whilst talking over me - I feel like this is one thing that shouldnt be too much to ask a receptionist of a Medical Center and honestly not everyone is app friendly especially older patients. Disgusting and quite upset
