Renovare New Farm - Renovation & Extension Builders

Sia and his team from Renovare transformed our home into a beautiful, functioning space for our family. Sias open and responsive communication to me and his management of the renovation was of a high standard and he regularly checked in with me about changes that needed to be made along the way. Sia listened to my thoughts and issues and respectfully explained processes to me and always offered solutions to building changes that inevitably turn up during renovations. I would highly recommend Sia and Renovare to do your building/renovations. I will continue to use Sia and his team for future work.

In mid 2021, We started a project to build an extension for a master bedroom with on-suite and WIR and we chose Sia as the builder, who came across as professional builder and a great communicator. Even though there had been some delay in our project due to material & labor shortage (across the whole industry), we are super happy when it is finished and very impressed with Sia's work. Sia is always very helpful and attention to details is immaculate! 6 months after the project we can still rely on Sia's assistance to get the toilet & bathroom fan fixed (faulty parts). We recently renovated our apartment with Renovare New Farm and are very happy that we did. Overall, a great working experience with this Builder and a great outcome. They were upfront about their costs and explained their role and the stages that would follow. From the beginning, the Builder was very transparent and explained to us each of the processes and steps along the way, as this was our first time renovating an apartment. All communication was absolutely fantastic and the customer service was impeccable which is rare these days. They are a worthwhile investment - money spent with them saves you far more time, money and stress. We now have our beautiful renovated home and couldn't have done it without Sia and the Renovare team. We will definitely be using Renovare when we build or renovate again. Highly recommended!
