If there was a negative rating , I would have chosen that rating . They rush you to sign the contract even when I have told them there are more changes to be done and once the contract has been signed the language changes and they say too many changes . They charged me a ridiculous amount of 165 dollars for an e mail and not to say the interior designer Loukas charged me over 40,000 dollars to put on spreadsheet items that I have already bought. I would have about 10 -12 hrs of consultations with her. The selection was already made prior to seeing her . She did not design anything for me. Money hungry team, greedy, rude, unprofessional. I am so relieved that I have not gone ahead with Flascon with the building my million dollar house. I will not recommend this builder AT ALL. Dont waste your time to ask even a quote as there will be sweet talk at the beginning. Service: Consultation
