Maddie is a champion! Genuine love for all dogs shown in her professional approach in all aspects of operating the well set up hydrobath. Very considerate in shampoo selection, water temperature, dog temperament and owners wishes. Not afraid to get wet and dirty, Maddie gets her hands gently & caring-ly deep into the fur. Getting our rescue pup stunningly fresh and clean, smelling beautiful and extra cuddly for our two young kids. An actual dog-owner herself, Maddie remembers our greyhound & is so nice to him. Authentic love for dogs lives here. Yes politics aside, from the owner to the WHOLE LOVING team members DO Care and nurture all puppies here. Showing love far above and beyond. From the very first day we stepped into the door, with how impressed weve been, our family will remain returning customers. *I honestly promise that I do Not know any of the personnel personally, Im a relatively new returning customer, AND No staff member had even mentioned typing a review.

What a beautiful little shop. The puppies there were clean, healthy, and their surroundings very hygienic. Protocol was followed by the staff member and could not handle puppies unless hands were sterilised and apron donned. The 3 ladies that were there were very pleasant and welcoming. I was served by Dee and a young lady on the till. Awesome service. Will be back for more goodies.. C.D. Brisbane.

We bought our precious little girl from The Puppy Shack a week ago (Miss Millie May). From the first phone conversation I had with Shar about a puppy we were looking for, you couldn't ask for a nicer person to deal with, she answered all my questions, Shar sent photos, video and described our little one to a tee, we had Millie transported to us at our home in New South Wales, Jim the driver was so lovely, I instantly knew our little one was cared for. We received all paper work regarding Millies health care, with a stamped address envelope for return of new ownership of puppy. We also received a surprise gift for Millie, a warm vest, toys, and treats. Please if you are looking to have a new puppy in your life I highly recommend The Puppy Shack, the Grange, Brisbane. Thank you Shar and all staff for our precious Millie May.
