Her knowledge of employment law and ability to influence meant she achieved a fair outcome for me. Everyday I feel grateful to Susan who helped me through a very difficult time. I can't say enough about Susan and her team. After a poor experience with a large CBD law firm, I came across this firm with many positive reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Susan made me feel like she believed in me and my case, and proved that by being extremely thorough while remaining exceptional value for money. I can tell just by reading their advice that they really know this territory even if I don't. I hope I don't have cause to need an employment lawyer again, but if I do, they will be my FIRST port of call.

Unresponsive, expensive and unable to give a definite answer. They were asked if they had worked with or had affiliations with the Union, and they said they didn't.. However the statement at the bottom stated otherwise: Leading Employment Lawyers and Firm (Employee & Union Representation)

The emotional support, professional representation, confidence, responsiveness, qualified moral authority and strategic planning with regard to my defence provided by Susan Moriarty and her team is, quite literally, the best Ive ever seen - and that is speaking as as a very experienced HR practitioner. When I was terminated unfairly for disclosing a mental health condition, Susan was immediately on the case and dealt initially with the company in question and subsequently their lawyers. I have full confidence in Susan Moriarty and her Associates. This is not just a law practice. This is a firm that wraps their arms around you, protects you and looks at a situation holistically and with profound care for their clients. I have no hesitation in recommending or referring Susan or her team to anyone that needs someone in there corner. Reaching out to Susan was probably one of the best and smartest decisions I could have made in a time of emotional crisis where I was at risk.
