His name had been passed on to me by the real estate agent and ever since that day I've experienced only excellent professional service. With pump breakdowns and replacements and breakdowns within warranty, Mark has always solved the problem with me only knowing that the problem existed. In such cases he has always gone out to seek the best deal and take on much more than I would expect him to do so. With his regular pool services, I've never been more than 100% satisfied to the point that we often have a cup of coffee and a chin wag after the event.
