It took quite some time and numerous visits by them to the house to get some of the issues fixed. When following up the outstanding issues, I was told it is all complete, so I don't see them coming back to fix the rest of the issues.
After receiving a reply below from the business, I thought I should add some additional text to the bottom of the review and an example photo or two for additional context around my experience. Photos were taken today, so the roof is a bit dirty after recent rain.
I am aware that other trades may cause damage while working from time to time. However, I originally identified and raised the issues with my builder very soon after installation. I see other unrelated trades as being highly unlikely to cause workmanship or finish issues.
The roof as a whole looks good, and I haven't noticed any water issues. There's just some dints, large scratches, and roughly finished areas that let it down. If it was well finished originally, or fixed without having to follow up numerous times over 4 or so months (with issues still outstanding), it'd be 4 or 5 stars.
