Sparkman's recently installed the kitchen in our new house. The kitchen looks great, finished nicely and the workmanship is good. They were easy to deal with, and very helpful when visiting the showroom or working through the plans.

I've been waiting for 5-6 weeks for a repair job on a folding door that supposed to take "about an hour" and that I could "pick it up next week" from the day I dropped it off. No update phone calls, and when you call you get the answering machine. As I said, 5-6 weeks, still waiting, and no communication except a reply to a message I left, telling me that the job isn't done and I should "try" next week (this was 3 weeks ago). Disappointed to say the least, good thing I'm not in a major hurry. I can't comment about the craftsmanship or pricing as yet of course. I should have gone to Don Michel's instead I guess. Update: 28th June 2022 (two months or so after drop off) Went down to pick up my door, was told the job had NOT been done (as I expected). Still I wanted to collect my door to take to someone that would do the job. When I mentioned that I would have appreciated a phone call, I was basically told that they don't have time to call anyone about their jobs. I was also told that they took my job as a "favour" (which they completely failed). I'm looking to redo my kitchen and bedrooms, and I will not be going to Sparkmans Cabinets & Joinery with my business ever again. TLTR: Failed in doing a simple "one hour job" that would be ready to pick up completed one week after I dropped it off. I ended up having to go there to retrieve my "untouched" door, two months or so later, as it was just sitting in the warehouse collecting dust. Unless you have a BIG job, and don't mind being treated like a mushroom, by all means throw your money at them.
