        Extremely poor service, never answers phones and never calls back, they snapped the window I ordered in half while loading it and told me it will be easy for ME to repair! Overpriced, product was pretty average for a $2500 window, cheap external handle fitted, missed the deadline by weeks! Will go elsewhere next time.
