If you're looking for a quality electrician, look no further than Garcon Electrical. I recently hired Gary and his team to do some major electrical work at my place running 3 phase power out to a 10x6m shed and completely fitting it out, adding additional external power points to the house, and 3 security lights along with a couple other additional powerpoints in the house. From the moment Gary came out to quote it was obvious he knew his stuff. The customer service provided by Gary and the team was outstanding. I've asked for additional business cards and have already passed on a number to family and friends, and will use Garcon for all future electrical work. I would not hesitate to recommend Garcon to anyone looking for quality work and peace of mind. I moved from Sydney to Mudgeeraba in July, 2022. In August there were certain areas of electrical work I wanted completed which included installation of several outdoor power points, an electrical line from the power box to my garden shed and check an outside security light which was not working, I placed an ad with Hi pages and within 10 minutes I received a call from Gary of Garcon Electrical Group. Gary advised me he would call into my place after he finished work that day to have a look at my requirements. As promised, Gary called in and went through exactly what I wanted. After completing the inspection of my property and understanding what I wanted, he advised me he would work out the quote and email it to me within 24 hours. I received his quote and because I placed the ad through Hi Pages, Gary was one of three quotes I received. One came to my place a few days later the other did a quote without inspecting my property. I found Gary to be totally professional, recapped everything I needed and suggested a couple of examples to improve on my thoughts, value for money with his competitive costing, timely in providing me with his quote and was able to commence the work within a week of my initial request. His workmanship was first class and with his assistant, Bryce, was able to complete the work within two days, which included updating the power box. In addition to this, the outdoor light which wasnt working, Gary replaced the light without charging me for the new light. Needless to say, I highly recommend Garcon Electrical Group for anyone who needs an electrician and will complete the job for you in a professional and value for money manner, I couldnt be happier with Garys expertise. In fact, I am arranging for more work for me from Gary when my outdoor pergola is built in January, 2023, Ive already pre-booked Gary to do the electrical work for me on the pergola. Repeat business is the best way of proving how trustworthy and quality of work a trade person can deliver and that is exactly what I have done. Id highly recommend Garcon electrical. Gary is so professional and personable. This is our second time having them out here and they are so lovely and do a wonderful job. From first starting this job we knew we went with the right team. Gary came out with our email quote to inspect the scope of the job and assist with suggestions where needed. We felt supported and heard the whole job. We were able to fit the job around our schedules which was greatly appreciated as well. On installation day they were very respectful of the house and the surrounding. They got in and got the job done. A very good job if I say so myself. They made sure I was aware of what was happening around the house and ensured that my electrical needs were met. After the job was done they ensured the areas had been vacuumed up which I appreciated. Before leaving Gary took me through the quote and tested everything again before heading off.
