        Terrible quality and service. I have a house full of bi-folds and doors that have failed. No interest from Dowell to fulfill their statutory obligations, insisting on a limited contractual warranty period. Off to QCAT!

        Windows were delayed nearly 6 weeks after taking FULL payment., They turned up piratically over another 4 weeks and they have still not been rectified nearly 4 months later. Poor communication
