One of terrible experiences that I have ever had. By reading their Google Reviews, I thought they would be a descent company. However, in reality in turns out to be one of the worst in business! They first give you one quote and keeps on adding more expenses. They are very rude and shockingly unprofessional. Wasted so much of my time and energy. After more than 5 months of delaying and sending back and forth emails, they sent me an HIA contract with an expired HIA membership. When I asked the whether their HIA membership had been renewed or not, without any response, they cancelled my contract! Never have such a bad experience with anyone before!

We had Brisbane Bathroom Renovations redo our main bathroom and toilet and could not be happier with the work. The trades did a great job. We were particularly impressed with the tilers. We were kept informed of when they would be arriving and what was happening each day. All the pricing was very clearly stated in the quote.

Exceptional service, installation and timing. BBR did an amazing job of our two ensuites and delivered them within the time-frame advised.
