        Got sent to get X-rays with something stuck in my throat and couldnt get back in for over a week an ended up in hospital! The next week got my kids out of school early for a doctors app but they made the appointment for another surgery! The when I said to the receptionist Id been waiting for 3 days for the appointment she was so rude and said its not my fault and didnt help at all! Are we in Australia or America?

        Requested a copy of my brothers full medical file to be transferred to his new Dr and was told that my brother who is on a disability pension would have to pay a $500 fee for them to do that. Have to say I'm really disgusted that a Drs clinic would charge such a fee, in all my years working in health care i have never heard of such an overinflated charge which allows you to access your OWN medical information. What is this world coming to.
