Lexus of Brisbane

New review from 2023: Have owned two cars from the brand so far and was looking for the third. Unfortunately, the dealer is clearly understaffed and the few there provide very poor customer service. They dont accept the feedback and instead argue and give excuses, to the point of trying to say other brands and dealers are the same, which are not. One of the excuses is that they only have people who can provide great customer experience - really not the case given the blatant incompetence displayed. Also, forget about test-driving a car when convenient for you, even after asking days in advance. They are just too busy, even though Lexus doesnt sell many cars. After enquiring and not getting any reply, calling and being left with a sour taste, I didn't want to see the car anymore and deal with the staff, so will look elsewhere. I probably won't buy from the brand again, but that's apparently ok given their attitude towards current loyal customers. Impressive service and very welcoming dealership. Ben Morton showed patience as we visited several times before he assisted us with our first Lexus purchase. Ben was attentive and helpful, never pushy and very thorough with his follow up. Tony greeted us at delivery and made us feel special with a lovely thoughtful gift - thank you Team Lexus.

When our Mechanic told us to upgrade our Audi Q7 - he suggested a LEXUS. My friends had one and they also recommended LEXUS. We approached the James street showroom - we just walked in unannounced. We were greeted by Benjamin - a very genuine and professional man. He was honest with us and said they had nothing available for at least 3 to 4 weeks - everything was still on the ship and everything was pre-sold.... EXCEPT for a hybrid NX 350 H., which was exactly what we wanted. We had a trade in as well. We just had no ETA of the car. In the meantime we were contacted weekly by Benjamin to tell us exactly what was happening. They were kind enough to loan a car to us for a few days until ours arrived. This gave me the opportunity to get used to the LEXUS. We we informed daily of updates on our Car and the handover booked in. I received a beautiful gift basket that included French champagne and a beautiful planted orchid. My LEXUS was stunning and it was love at first sight. Jeremy was fabulous with the finance and was working overtime I am certain - as all the new cars were suddenly arriving into the showroom. I am certain it was absolutely hectic for them - but for us - we were treated so well and it never felt rushed. Even the detailer always had a smile on his face. We had a wonderful experience with LEXUS James street. Thank you.
