Wonderful experience! Always providing me with great care and attention to detail. Definitely my favourite place in Forest Lake to get my X-rays and ultra sounds. Charlie is thorough and professional - thank you so much!

Had my 20 week ultrasound here which was just an awful experience but I had a 7 week one here and was wonderful. Sonographic just couldnt be bothered and complained how much the baby was moving and changing positions and couldnt get the photos he needed and told me prob wont get the photos because I had a belly button piercing in I offered to try remove but he said dont worry about it , asked if I knew the gender I said oh I had early gender scan but obviously was weeks ago so this should be more accurate ? Then he went silent asked where I had the scan and didnt tell me the gender , I asked if he knew , he said well I dont see a penis so I asked so confirming its a girl ? He couldnt give me a straight answer just said well if they say the early gender scan is accurate and I never give 100% I will only give u 90%. this is my third baby , never had a experience like this where I just wanted to leave . He told me everything was fine at the end of it and I go to doctor to find out heart has small VSD and thanks to the 2 second listen to heart beat . Ill never come back here to FL.
