I have had the opportunity to work on a few jobs where Richie has been selected by the client as their preferred builder. As a result I have been able to see his workmanship on a number of different occasions. Richie takes pride in how he goes about his business and it shows onsite through his workmanship. When it comes to inspecting structural works, I very rarely have much to say on site as he typically asks the right questions prior to visiting and he takes the time to understand structural design intent. Richie often leaves the house that he has been working on, considerably better framed than how he found it. Very happy to recommend ROH building with at least 5 stars.
