Lovely to talk to and fast to organise a quote. Paid deposit, waited 4 months for excuse after excuse as to why they haven't started work with the 4 week lead time. Asked for deposit back and they eventually agreed after weeks of no communication. Alas no deposit has been returned 2 months later.. Liars. Many people with the same story on Facebook reviews ect. EDIT 2023 deposit has been returned and new contractors will be commencing the job. Service: Aluminum fence installation

Same experience - put the job off for months for a variety of excuses. And now says he is going into liquidation with my $3045 deposit not returned. I have tried to contact him to make arrangements for repayment but he does not return calls or emails. Do not use this business or anyone associated with it. Only use registered tradies. I received a total of 3 quotes for a colour bond fence to be installed on the property and I found that Robin who did the quote acted in a very professional manner and the quote was actually itemized and you could see what you were paying the money for. Not just a total of install a color bond fence at x amount of dollars. Also when it came closer to the start date I received a phone call to say that they were delayed on another job and would be stating a couple of days later which to me was a sign of how professional Total Fencing is. Anthony the installer as he was completing the fence always kept us up to date on the progress and why the fence would be at different levels as it progressed. We found Anthony to be professional, efficient and an asset to Total Fencing. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring Fencing of any type.
