Signed up as a new patient 2 weeks ago. Was advised it's bulk billed which is fine. Went in for my first appt on a Saturday at 7:45 am which was good as I like early appointments. Was seen straight away too so that's all positive. However after getting bloods done and urine I was told the call back for my results was free. Never advised there would be a $55 phone charge and might I advise that when the call back was due at 12:50, the doc who eventually called back was half an hour late and abit rude. Dr shania did not seem interested in answering any of my questions and my phone results seemed very rushed. He then went on to say, "you need to come in again and get an injection if your planning to have kids." He sounded very pushy about it even though I said no. These guys don't give an option to send out your bloods via email by the way I requested it from reception and from the docs at your centre. Apparently they don't do that. And if your calls are recorded you should understand what I mean by how rude and rushed the call back was. Also, how about advising your customers that if your expecting a call back with your results, not to ask questions or else it will be charged.... I won't be coming back here again.

I have had many reasons to visit MY HEALTH....the service is so professional ....the staff at reception always helpful....go out of their way to assist

Recently I had an appointment with Doctor Moss. I was very impressed with her professionalism, care and kindness.
