        The ladies on the front desk are rude and hang up on you they dont try and help you they just say they have passed it on to the doctor and he will follow it up when he has the time as a parent of a child that as ADHD and needs a repeat for medication.

        During my first and only consult, my child had a brief conversation with Dr Shah before she indicated that my childs communicative ability was appropriate. I personally then proceeded to have a one-on-on one conversation with Dr Shah about my concerns with my childs cognitive abilities. It was during this conversation (clearly not Directed towards my daughter or of a nature that would stimulate the interest of any 8 year old person) that Dr Shah expressed her concerns over my daughters attention span. Immediately, Dr shah wanted to try a course of medication ( 10 mins only into our first visit) in an effort to improve her concentration. I related this to her schools developmental team who were surprised as this was never a characteristic they considered apparent with my daughter though 10s of hours had been spent with her on a one on one basis.
