        I bought a fabric basketball net here that literally disintegrated to powder in 7 months. I gathered up the bits and returned them to the store manager, who offered me another net of the same quality. I declined. The manager suggested next time I buy a metal chain net. I left the store empty handed. I am very unimpressed. "I have raised this with my internal teams as feedback for future reference." Really? That's your response? I am an unimpressed customer. I have no interest in your 'internal teams'.
