        Took leather boots in for a zip replacement at 9:15 when the opening hrs say 9am start. He was an hour late, and the chemist next door said that is normal and people are always asking them where he is. So I leave my shoes there and he says he will call for pick up in 6 days. I never hear from him. I go to his store after 3 weeks and he can't find my shoes. Finally finds them not only did he never call, but he hasn't even worked on them yet. Took my business elsewhere.

        Went in with my wifes Luois Vuitton bag that had a broken strap. Excellent repair job, it took my wife a little while to find the actual repair it was that good. Quick turn around as well. Highly recommend
