Friendly, helpful reception team and Dr Lauren was fantastic. Felt comfortable and looked after all the way through from booking to appointment.

The stars are for the doctors, who so far we have been very happy with, especially Dr Emma. However the loss of stars is for the rudest receptionist Ive seen. Who confronted me and my 1year old after he coughed twice after we had been waiting 10 minutes past our appointment time (alone in the back waiting room). She demanded to know if we were seeing the doctor because of the cough, carried on loudly about how bad it was and that we needed to be isolated and announced to other patients in the front waiting room to not enter the back waiting room as we were isolated and then sprayed Glen 20 in our direction from the reception desk entryway. Really unnecessary. I am happy to observe the medical centres covid protocols and wait outside for the doctor if showing cold and flu symptoms, however he did not have cold or flu symptoms, he coughed twice in the space of 15 minutes of waiting for our appointment (that was running late) and didnt cough again during the entire appointment. His ongoing medical condition can cause him to cough the doctor has since explained to me. Very unpleasant and unnecessary experience and I wouldnt go back if it wasnt my childs health on the line. Edited to respond: I understand cleaning and spraying is precautionary after patients have left but to spray directly at patients is not precautionary, it is for show and completely rude and unnecessary not to mention dangerous for patients and babies to be inhaling when its sprayed directly at them. No matter how you try to justify it the way she behaved was rude, there is no need to carry on in that manner and I do hope it was an isolated incident and she doesnt treat anyone else who has to clear their throat in this manner. I get that you might be upset when people enter sick(though isnt that the point of a medical practice!!), but My child did not have cold and flu symptoms and as mentioned we would have waited outside if he did, he did 2 coughs in an entire day (or in the space of 45 minutes while in the practice). The treatment was unacceptable and rude.

I really like going here. All the staff are very friendly from the receptionists to the doctors. I book my GP appointments online which is a handy way to work around my shift work. Once I arrive, I just need to check in and then a short wait later, I'm in in with the doctor. Thank you all.
